### Job Description:

Within the **Aeronautics Division**, in the **Aircraft B.U.**, in the **Special Projects & Virtual Engineering U.O.**, we are looking for a Cyber Security expert at the Turin office.

The resource will be responsible for carrying out the activities within the Special Projects & Virtual Engineering unit in the Cyber Security office, and in particular, collaborate in the definition, implementation, and governance of the Cyber Security roadmap with a focus on avionics applications.

**Requirements**

**Education:**

- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physical Engineering.

**Required experience level** (junior, expert, senior, master)

**Technical skills:**

- Network security
- Vulnerability analysis and security assessment
- attack surface analysis
- cyber risk assessment on safety-critical systems (penetration testing)
- Cryptography applied to embedded systems
- data and communication protection
- secure boot and secure firmware updates
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (DO-326A/ED-202A, NIST-800, EASA/ENAC regulations, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Knowledge of aeronautical protocols such as ARINC 429, ARINC 644, MIL-STD 1553
- Fundamentals of deterministic Ethernet and real-time communications
- Avionic systems security (isolation and protection of critical systems, security vs safety integration)
- Ground-to-air communications security (threat analysis and data-link protection)
- Knowledge of communication stacks




- understanding of communication layers (from bus to application protocol)
- Embedded and real-time systems
- Basic concepts of avionic RTOS
- Real-time constraints in safety-critical systems

**Behavioral skills:**

Proactive person, with good organizational skills and ability to work independently on relevant aspects, with a team-working attitude, including multi-national teams, and ability to interface with other company figures.

**Language skills:**

Excellent knowledge of English level C1

**Computer skills:**

- Excellent knowledge of Linux
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of programming languages C/C++, Python, Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Mathworks

**How does the selection process work?**

Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates undergo a cognitive interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.

At the end of the process, the person receives feedback, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
