Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer based in Italy for a fully remote role. You will shape products from early problem definition through launch and iteration, collaborating with product and engineering teams across web, mobile, widgets, and portals.
You will craft user‑centered experiences, maintain design systems, and build interactive prototypes to accelerate learning. Comfortable with async communication and AI-assisted workflows, you’ll manage priorities across multiple product areas.
