These values describe the attitude, behaviors, and mindset that MICLA team shares across its various locations. /p h3Posizione: /h3 pIn the context of passenger car vehicle development phase MICLA is looking for engineer who will work in the role of V2G System and Validation Engineer for Bidirectional Charging Systems. /p h3Bidirectional Charging V2G Systems Validation Engineer /h3 pis responsible for the development, integration and validation of electric vehicle charging functions, including AC/DC charging, Smart Charging, Plug Charge, ISO 15118 communication, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G), Vehicle-to-Home (V2H), and Vehicle-to-Building (V2B) capabilities and bidirectional energy transfer functions, ensuring compliance with automotive, grid and cybersecurity requirements. /p pThe role acts as a key interface between vehicle engineering, battery systems, power electronics, charging infrastructure providers, utilities, and energy service partners to ensure seamless integration of bidirectional energy services within the vehicle ecosystem. /p pMore in detail, she/he will be responsible for leading or supporting the following activities: /p ul liDefine system requirements and technical specifications for bidirectional charging and V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) energy transfer functions. /li liDevelop and maintain feature roadmaps for Smart Charging, Plug Charge, and energy management services. /li liSystem design activities related to charging architecture, energy flow management,
and grid integration. /li liEnsure compliance with relevant international standards, including ISO 15118, IEC 61851 /li liCollaborate with Battery Management System (BMS), On-Board Charger (OBC), Power Electronics, Connectivity, Telematics, and Energy Management teams. /li liDefine charging and V2G use cases, system requirements, interfaces, and performance targets. /li liSupport vehicle integration, testing, validation, and issue resolution activities. /li liTest infrastructure development /li liInfrastructure simulator maintenance and update /li liVehicle testing /li liSupport project management activities, technical reviews, and cross-functional decision-making processes. /li /ul h3Requisiti: /h3 h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Engineering. /li liExperience with Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G), Vehicle-to-Home (V2H), or Vehicle-to-Building (V2B) projects. /li liKnowledge of cybersecurity requirements for connected charging systems. /li liISO 15118, IEC 61851 /li liFamiliarity with AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet, and automotive communication architectures. /li liExperience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) tools. /li liKnowledge of battery degradation mechanisms associated with bidirectional charging. /li liInternational experience in automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, charging infrastructure providers, or energy companies. /li /ul h3Required Soft Skills /h3 ul liLeadership and coordination capabilities /li liCommunication and stakeholder management skills /li liCross-functional collaboration /li liAnalytical and problem-solving mindset /li liResults-oriented with a focus on program delivery /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines /li /ul h3Language skills: /h3 pproficiency English language is mandatory.
