/p h3Context and Purpose of the job /h3 pYou will join the Visual Merchandising team of the EA7 brand and will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and maintenance of the brand image across corners and franchised stores in Italy and abroad, in line with company guidelines. /p ul liSet up windows, walls and collections across distribution channels, including stores, shop-in-shops, department stores, multi-brand stores and franchisees, ensuring consistent implementation of the company’s visual identity across all locations /li liSet up spaces and visual displays for sports events /li liManage the interface with Visual Designers, providing ongoing feedback on window and display prototypes /li liSupport the preparation of guidelines, training materials, using graphics programs /li liParticipate in photo shoots and shooting sessions for the preparation of Visual Books /li liTrain store sales teams and business partners, monitoring the implementation of the proposed visual displays /li liMonitor doors through visits and produce related reports /li /ul ul liDegree in Visual Merchandising or a related field /li li2–3 years of experience in a similar role, gained within fashion and/or accessories brands /li liAvailability to travel, to drive /li liExcellent knowledge of Office Suite and graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) /li liFluency in both Italian and English, the knowledge of another language will be considered a plus /li liExcellent teamwork and communication skills, precision and attention to details and problem solving /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position is 30.000 - 35.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. /p pWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
