pAlfa Laval Olmi is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of highly engineered, custom-built mechanical products (such as high-pressure shell-and-tube heat exchangers and air coolers). In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering design and workshop production, serving as the central point of contact for project planning, interdepartmental coordination, and client communication. This is a senior-level technical management role requiring solid experience in handling heavy manufacturing and complex product engineering, rather than standard consumer goods or low-complexity machinery. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and oversee the execution of complex engineered orders from contract award through to manufacturing, assembly, testing, and final delivery. /liliAct as the primary interface between the engineering office, the production workshop, procurement, and quality departments to ensure alignment on specifications and timelines. /liliManage direct communications, project updates, and technical coordination with international clients and stakeholders. /liliOversee projects dealing with sophisticated engineering designs, complex technical drawings, highly specialized materials, and precise welding requirements. /liliMaintain regular alignment and interface with our corporate and production facilities in France. /liliMonitor project milestones, manage potential criticalities, and implement corrective actions on the shop floor when technical or scheduling risks arise. /li /ulh3Candidate Requirements Qualifications /h3ulliMin. 6 years of solid experience in a project management or project engineering role within a heavy machinery or complex product manufacturing company.



/liliA strong technical foundation is required. Candidates must have direct experience working with engineering departments, technical drawings, specialized fabrication (welding, metallurgy), and shop-floor manufacturing processes. /liliA University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Management, or related disciplines).
