We are looking for a highly autonomous and creative Freelance Game Designer to support our team remotely during critical development phases. /ph3WORK ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pAs a Freelance Game Designer, you will collaborate seamlessly with our core team. Your day-to-day will involve: /pullibSystem Design Balancing: /b Designing game systems, economies, and mechanics, ensuring a highly engaging player experience. /lilibEngine Implementation: /b Working directly inside the engine (Unity/Unreal) to implement and iterate on mechanics using visual scripting or configuration tools. /lilibDocumentation: /b Creating and updating clear, structured Game Design Documents (GDDs) to keep the remote and local teams perfectly aligned. /lilibRemote Collaboration: /b Participating in sync meetings, communicating proactively, and delivering tasks reliably within agreed deadlines.
