/li libOperations Roadmap Prioritization: /b Own the functional roadmap from start to finish. Implement robust prioritization frameworks to align resource allocation directly with overall company strategy. /li libCross-Team Tooling CRM Architecture: /b Act as the primary architect for our GTM and company tooling stack (HubSpot, Clay, Aircall, Aimfox, etc.). Lead tool selection, integration, and consolidation decisions. /li libAI Agentic Automation Leadership: /b Keep Lexroom at the non-engineering AI frontier. Implement internal AI tools, orchestration agents, and automated workflows, evangelizing AI adoption across non-technical teams. /li libTeam Leadership Operational Execution: /b Manage, mentor, and grow the team of operational specialists and leads.
