In this role, you will build and grow strategic restaurant partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize performance. You will leverage data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to scale partner success and drive revenue. The position focuses on onboarding, nurturing long-term relationships, and implementing tailored solutions across marketing, operations, and sales. You will work from the Turin office, contributing to Glovo’s mission to deliver fast, seamless experiences for partners and customers. Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
- Understand partners' goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
- Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth,



and profitability for partners and Glovo
- Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Own partner revenue performance and track measurable growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customized solutions
- Oversee the partner onboarding process in-app from setup to first days, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years in high-performance account management or business consultancy
- Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Problem solver with data-driven, analytical mindset
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite; Salesforce experience a plus
- Native Italian; English pro
