The role combines simulator-based training with active line operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, technical competence, and operational performance. /p h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liCurrent AW139 TRI/TRE qualification with valid EASA pilot qualification and ATPL. /li liExtensive experience delivering AW139 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) training. /li liProven Oil Gas aviation experience, preferably in offshore, multi-crew, and IFR operations. /li liRecent AW139 line flying experience with the ability to maintain operational currency. /li liStrong coaching, assessment, communication, and feedback skills. /li liStrong commitment to safety, standardization, training excellence, and leadership.



/li /ul pThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AW139 instructor/ examiner to combine FFS training with active line operations and play a key role in pilot development and operational excellence. /p h3Selection Criteria /h3 ul liValid AW139 TRI/TRE privileges with recent instructional and/or examining experience. /li liValid EASA pilot qualification and ATPL. /li liProven experience delivering initial, recurrent, proficiency, and line-oriented AW139 FFS training. /li liStrong knowledge of offshore Oil Gas standards, CRM, SOP compliance, and risk management. /li liRecent AW139 line flying experience, preferably offshore, multi-crew, and IFR. /li liStrong ability to assess, coach, and provide constructive feedback to pilots. /li liExperience maintaining training records and supporting training standardization. /li liFluent professional English with strong briefing and debriefing skills. /li liStrong safety mindset, leadership, and professional conduct. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
