pWe are looking for a bProduct Developer /bto join our Product Development team, with a dedicated focus on bTrims, Embroidery and Packaging. /b /p pThe role manages the development process from initial handover through final approval, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver against quality, aesthetic, timing and cost targets. The Product Developer will be a key supplier contact, coordinating developments, samples, costs, shipments and documentation. /p h3Key Responsabilities: /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end development of trims, embroideries and packaging, from initial handover through sampling, revisions and final approval. /li liCoordinate suppliers and follow up on samples, quotations and technical information, ensuring agreed timelines are met. /li liManage supplier quotations and development costs, monitoring against target costs and budgets and flagging potential deviations or optimization opportunities. /li liCoordinate sample logistics, shipments, deliveries and transfers, maintaining clear visibility on status and location throughout the process. /li liManage supplier invoices and track related expenses, ensuring alignment with quotations, developments and assigned budgets. /li liMaintain accurate costing, expense, development and tracking files, and keep relevant product information updated in Centric PLM. /li liSupport BOMs, specifications, costing information and technical documentation, ensuring approvals and supplier updates are properly documented. /li liCollaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production and Product Development teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. /li liProactively identify and escalat(e?)



potential delays, cost issues or development challenges to the Product Development Manager. /li liSupport efficient ways of working and continuous improvement across the product development process. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience: /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Production, Trims, Accessories, Embroidery, Packaging or a related function within the fashion or luxury industry. /li liExcellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple developments, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous experience with Centric PLM is required. /li liStrong numerical and analytical skills, particularly when working with costs, quotations, invoices and budgets. /li liClear supplier communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach. /li liStrong attention to detail, product quality and accuracy, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international environment. /li liFluent written and spoken English; previous experience in a luxury/fashion environment is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Employment Details: /h3 ul liCollective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Commercio – level and classification to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with the role. /li liSalary Range: €35,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. /li liMeal vouchers /li liEmployee discount program /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
