Rosewood Rome is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the Guest Relations operation and personalize the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring memorable, thoughtful experiences.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B; and Spa to transform guest preferences into meaningful actions, recognizing VIPs and special occasions, and coaching the team in luxury service.
