pAlfa Laval Olmi is looking for an experienced bSenior Project Manager /b to lead the end-to-end execution of highly engineered, custom-built mechanical products (such as high-pressure shell-and-tube heat exchangers and air coolers). In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering design and workshop production, serving as the central point of contact for project planning, interdepartmental coordination, and client communication. /p pThis is a senior-level technical management role requiring solid experience in handling heavy manufacturing and complex product engineering, rather than standard consumer goods or low-complexity machinery. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee the execution of complex engineered orders from contract award through to manufacturing, assembly, testing, and final delivery. /li liAct as the primary interface between the engineering office, the production workshop, procurement, and quality departments to ensure alignment on specifications and timelines. /li liManage direct communications, project updates, and technical coordination with international clients and stakeholders. /li liOversee projects dealing with sophisticated engineering designs, complex technical drawings, highly specialized materials, and precise welding requirements. /li liMaintain regular alignment and interface with our corporate and production facilities in France. /li liMonitor project milestones, manage potential criticalities, and implement corrective actions on the shop floor when technical or scheduling risks arise.



/li /ul h3Candidate Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul libExperience: /b Minimum of 6 years of solid experience in a project management or project engineering role within a heavy machinery or complex product manufacturing company. /li libTechnical Background: /b A strong technical foundation is required. Candidates must have direct experience working with engineering departments, technical drawings, specialized fabrication (welding, metallurgy), and shop-floor manufacturing processes. /li libEducation: /b A University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Management, or related disciplines).
