Based in Milan, you will support the Chef de Partie, prepare ingredients, ensure high-quality output, and uphold food safety standards. /ppYou should have a globally-recognized culinary qualification, 3-5 years of hotel experience with supervisory exposure, and be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
