Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care. /p pThe E-Commerce Store Content Specialist supports the management and optimization of the online store by carrying out content, product, and website activities, contributing to customer journey excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to impact conversion, sales performance, and an elevated customer experience. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine requirements and follow the testing phase of new projects and features /li liProduce dedicated reports to monitor key features (e.g. Back in Stock) /li liContribute to monitoring and enhancing customer service processes to support the best customer experiencefor Valentino Clients /li liSupport the set up of quarterly benchmarking analyses to stay aware and updated on competitors strategy /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel, and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and share key business information to support commercial objectives (e.g. Digital Marketing, Customer Care, CRM, Client Advisor, Merchandising, Logistics…) /li liCarry out operational tasks in Adobe Experience and quality checks on frontend website to ensure customer journey excellence /li liTake part in website content activities,
