The role partners closely with regional finance leaders, commercial teams, controllership, project management, and shared service organizations to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective margin management, compliance with accounting requirements, and continuous process improvement. /ppThe successful candidate will provide financial analysis and insights, support closing and forecasting activities, drive data quality initiatives, and contribute to business decision-making across multiple regions and legal entities. /ph3As CSA Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for: /h3pFinancial Planning Analysis /ppSupporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting processes, including revenue, margin, and profitability analysis. /ppPartnering with regional CSA Finance Managers to develop sales and margin outlooks and assess risks and opportunities.
/ppAnalyzing business performance drivers and report to management /ppFinancial Reporting Closing /ppSupporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. /ppAssisting with statutory reporting requirements and support external and internal audit activities. /ppEnsuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data used for reporting and decision-making. /ppProject Contract Accounting /ppSupporting financial processes related to project accounting, including Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting. /ppMonitoring project financial performance and assist in revenue recognition and margin analysis activities. /ppParticipating in contractual margin reviews and support actualization processes in collaboration with Risk Management and Commercial teams. /ppReviewing and reconcile deferred balances and other contract-related financial accounts. /ppIntercompany Controllership Support /ppCoordinating and support intercompany billing and recharging processes across multiple legal entities and regions. /ppWorking closely with intercompany teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues and outstanding balances. /ppPerforming account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and financial tie-outs. /ppEnsuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance requirements. /ppProcess Improvement Data Quality /ppDriving initiatives that enhance financial reporting accuracy, automation,
and data quality. /ppCollaborating with Finance Systems and IT teams to improve reporting tools, financial processes, and system efficiencies. /ppIdentifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize finance workflows. /ppSupporting special projects and transformation initiatives across the CSA finance organization. /ph3To be successful in this role you will: /h3ulliHave Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. /liliHave professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage. /liliHave relevant experience in financial planning analysis, controllership, project accounting, or commercial finance. /liliUnderstanding of revenue recognition and project accounting concepts, including Percentage of Completion (POC), is desirable. /liliHave experience working in a complex multinational environment is preferred. /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
