/ph3YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES /h3ulliDefine and execute the Cyber Security Defence Center (CSDC) strategy, roadmap, and performance objectives. /liliLead security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and cyber defence operations. /liliManage cybersecurity incidents end-to-end, ensuring effective containment, recovery, and post-incident improvement actions. /liliCoordinate major cyber incidents, crisis response activities, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. /liliContinuously enhance detection capabilities through threat intelligence, threat hunting, vulnerability management, automation, and operational improvements. /liliAct as the company’s CSIRT representative, ensuring compliance with NIS2 requirements and coordinating reporting obligations when required. /liliLead and develop internal teams and external service providers, ensuring operational excellence and service quality. /liliEstablish KPIs, reporting, and governance frameworks to measure CSDC performance, maturity, risks, and emerging threats. /li /ulh3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. /liliExtensive experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, or Cyber Defence environments.



/liliStrong knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM platforms, EDR/XDR technologies, threat intelligence, incident response methodologies, and network security. /liliProven experience managing complex cybersecurity incidents and coordinating crisis response activities. /liliSolid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and MITRE ATTCK. /liliExperience leading cybersecurity teams and managing external security service providers. /liliStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. /liliFluency in Italian and English, with availability for on‑call duty. /li /ulh3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3ulliThe employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement. /liliThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than €60.000. /liliThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. /liliThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
