Following the development and launch of Arc Box, an industry-first DC connector enclosure safety product, we are expanding the product across the Italian residential and commercial solar markets. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Product Sales Manager based in Italy to lead Arc Box sales. The role will drive revenue growth, expand market share and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
What you will be doing
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed Arc Box revenue targets in Italy. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the residential and commercial solar sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, distributors, wholesalers,
trade associations and insurance providers. Visit clients and partners across Italy, make outbound sales calls and engage with prospects through social media. Work closely with current and prospective wholesalers to expand Arc Box sales channels.
Provide market insight, monitor competitor activity and share feedback with marketing and product development teams. Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver quarterly sales reports, updates and performance analysis. What success looks like Revenue targets are achieved or exceeded, supported by a strong and sustainable sales pipeline in Italy. Arc Box gains market share through new customers, sectors and an expanding distributor and wholesaler network.
Strong stakeholder relationships are converted into long-term customer and partnership opportunities. Sales activity, CRM data, reporting and market feedback are accurate, timely and actionable.
