Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the boutique. Drive sales performance by leading by example, coaching and motivating the team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalised customer experience. Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise store profitability and commercial performance. Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, brand image and customer service are consistently maintained. Collaborate with the Area Manager and Head Office to implement company strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements




Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within luxury or premium retail. Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Energetic, confident and target-driven, with a hands-on approach.
