Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for diverse clients, focusing on cloud HR systems and transformation programs. You will work within the Digital team to design solutions, assess HRIT systems, and map HR processes, guiding clients from design through implementation. You'll collaborate across disciplines, build leadership capability, and contribute to business development. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape HR technology adoption at scale in a global firm.

Responsabilità
- Grow your digital expertise
- Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems
- Analyze and review current HR processes to identify more efficient ways of working
- Contribute to the design of delivery models for HR services
- Act as a focal point for clients,



supporting design and implementation of HR transformation programs and technology selection
- Map clients' end-to-end HR processes with HR Advisory to propose improvements
- Implement HRIS systems and support clients through all project phases
- Learn and adapt to Mercer's standard tools and methodologies
- Support development of new business opportunities and growth of intellectual capital
- Coordinate project teams for specific engagements
- Develop management and leadership skills

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven professional experience in Digital Transformation
- Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
- Proven experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
- Solid background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
- Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organizational design, analytics, and technol
