Production of cakes for the afternoon offer of the hotel bar, e.g. strudel, Linzer, Sachertorte
Preparation of desserts for the bistro menu at lunchtime
Preparation of desserts for the traditional tasting menu, the menu of the day and the vegan menu
Preparation of traditional desserts for the dessert buffet once a week as well as modern cakes and individual portions
Maintaining storage and cold storage rooms in compliance with correct storage, hygiene and best-before dates
