pWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Early Years teacher, you will be responsible for teaching our youngest students assigned to your class, with excellent classroom practice, positive collaborative, and a willingness to support the wider life of the school. Delivering the IB Early Childhood Programme, you will ensure that planning, preparation, assessment and reports meet the expectations of the school. Demonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge ensure that lessons are relevant, engaging and fit for purpose. /p h3Teaching and Learning /h3 ul liPromote the ‘mission’ and philosophy of the school, ensuring that children are working towards being true global citizens. /li liBe flexible and adjust to the needs of the school, actively contributing to its development plans and growth. /li liImplement agreed school policies and developments. /li liDemonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge, teach, and assess effectively. /li liMeet requirements for the assessment, evaluation, and recording of students’ development. /li liUse the student tracking and monitoring processes to advance children’s learning in line with the school’s aspirations and priorities. /li liMark and monitor student work providing clear constructive feedback and steps for improvement. /li liTake responsibility for and contribute to professional development as well as actively engaging in performance management, lesson appraisals and peer observations. /li liEffectively communicate the school's key messages and values, be an ambassador for our school at all times. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3EDUCATION TRAINING: /h3 ul liBachelor of Education degree (or equivalent) /li liQualified Teacher Status or international teaching qualification /li liQualified to teach children of the Early Years Stage. /li /ul h3EXPERIENCE PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liMinimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching in an Early Years/Elementary International school.
