Your main responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Drive Nova's business growth in Italy by owning the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and managing accounts. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries while setting and achieving ambitious sales targets. Become a trusted advisor to top employers, helping them win the talent war by hiring top professionals faster and more efficiently than traditional methods.
