We are hiring a Department Manager to play a key leadership role within our retail team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success. In a store of approximately 40 colleagues including BOH and FOH, you will create an environment where people can perform at their best, grow their capabilities, and bring Burberry's values to life every day. This role combines operational excellence, people leadership and client engagement, ensuring the highest standards across the customer journey.

• Ensure operational excellence across stock management, compliance, visual presentation and service standards.

• Champion client engagement initiatives that build meaningful customer relationships and support long-term loyalty.

• Use business insights and performance data to identify opportunities, optimise results and support departmental growth.
