Role Description The Meccanico per macchine da ricamo multi-testa is responsible for the daily mechanical maintenance, setup, and optimization of multi-head embroidery machines in a full-time, on-site role based in Cassano Magnago. This role includes performing routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, executing repairs, and ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently during production.



The position involves adjusting machine settings for different embroidery jobs, coordinating with production staff to minimize downtime, and documenting maintenance activities. The mechanic will monitor equipment performance, apply preventive maintenance plans, and support continuous improvement of machine reliability. Collaboration with technicians and supervisors to meet production deadlines and quality standards is an essential part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in maintenance and maintenance & repair of industrial or textile machinery.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs for heavy equipment and production lines.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electromechanical issues efficiently.
• Hands-on experience working with multi-head or similar automated embroidery or textile machines is highly beneficial.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and safe use of tools and workshop equipme
