Let’s Talk about the Role
In this role, you will bridge the gap between daily corporate treasury operations and general accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations, tax payments, and payroll journal entries.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (FI module) and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury & Cash Management:
• Manage daily bank reconciliations and clear open items across all corporate bank accounts using SAP.
• Monitor incoming collections and process outgoing electronic payments via remote banking platforms.
• Prepare, verify, and execute tax payments via F24 forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations.
• Support cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions.
• Maintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates.
Accounting & Month-End Closing:
• Perform monthly reconciliations and balancing for payroll-related general ledger accounts (stipendi e contributi).
• Ensure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to treasury operations during month-end and year-end closing activities.
