About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Legal & Governance Specialist to join our legal team and support the management of the Group’s corporate structure across multiple European jurisdictions.

The role combines corporate governance, entity management, company secretarial matters, legal operations and general corporate legal support. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house legal team, external counsel, corporate service providers and internal finance and business teams to ensure that the Group’s entities are properly maintained, compliant and efficiently managed.

This is a hands-on role suited to a legally trained professional with approximately 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification or equivalent professional experience,



ideally gained in a law firm, in-house legal team, company secretarial function or corporate services environment.

Key responsibilities
Corporate governance & entity management
• Maintain and manage the Group’s Entity Management System (EMS) and maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date corporate records for Group companies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate documentation for the incorporation, maintenance and dissolution of Group entities, including incorporations, liquidations, capital increases, changes of directors and officers, registered office changes and other corporate actions.
• Prepare and coordinate corporate documentation and statutory filings with Commercial Registers and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain shareholders’ registers, organisational charts, powers of attorney and other entity-level documentation.
