About The Role

We are looking for a tempo pieno motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Pan-European team at Hikrobot. You will assist in the deployment, integration, and support of our autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) and material handling systems. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics technology and direct exposure to real-world customer projects across Europe.

1 Key Responsibilities

• Project Deployment & Commissioning
• Assist in on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AMR and robotics systems under supervision.
• Support the configuration of navigation maps,



charging points, and basic system interfaces.
• Help with integration tasks related to customer WMS/MES/ERP systems.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide remote and on-site support to help diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in analyzing navigation errors, task scheduling problems, and system alerts.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and R&D; teams to document issues and support product improvements.
• Customer Training & Enablement
• Support the delivery of training sessions to customers and partners on system operations and basic maintenance.
• Help prepare and update user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
• Operations Monitoring & Optimization
• Assist in monitoring fleet performance metrics such as system uptime, battery status, and alert frequency.
