YOUR MISSIONYou will work closely with management across different areas of the business:
• Operations
• Digital & Ecommerce
• Wholesale & B2B
• Hospitality
• Retail
• Partnerships
• AI & automation
• Strategic projects

Your job will be to help turn priorities into real execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO• Follow strategic projects from start to finish.
• Define next actions, owners and deadlines.
• Follow up continuously.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Identify delays and blockers.
• Prepare clear updates for management.
• Improve processes and organization.




• Support projects across different departments.
• Help implement new tools and automations.
• Make sure decisions become actions.
