Web & Graphic Designer (Remote, EU)
Role Description
This is a remote Web & Graphic Designer role supporting our marketing and e-commerce. You'll produce the visual assets that carry the MICI aesthetic across our website, ads, and social channels — clean, premium, and consistent with the brand. You work independently — we brief, you deliver, with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities
• Website banners and promotional graphics for mici.store
• Website mock-ups ready for development (landing pages, campaign sections)
• Advertising banners for Meta and Google
• Newsletter and email graphics
• AI Graphics for some Instagram posts and carousels
• Short-form AI videos for Instagram (editing / motion)

Company Description
MICI is a fast-growing Swiss brand creating premium leather sneakers, crafted in Italian workshops in the Marche region with full-grain leather and hand-finished details. The designs are minimalist on the outside while rich in subtle craftsmanship — emphasizing what is hidden rather than loud branding. MICI shoes are built to last,



with construction quality that speaks for itself and no visible logos. The brand is available directly through mici.store and ships across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, complemented by selected marketplace partners as it scales.

Qualifications
• Must be located in the EU
• Proven experience in web and graphic design for fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands (strongly preferred)
• A portfolio link is mandatory — applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed
• Strong command of design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
• Basic video editing / motion skills (CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
• Good eye for minimalist, premium aesthetics and brand consistency
• Familiarity with AI tools for visuals is a plus (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
