Role Description
For a major capital project at the manufacturing site of a leading global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the installation of a new electrical substation.
The role requires a strong electrical engineering background, proven construction management expertise, and direct experience delivering projects within operational pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise on-site electrical construction activities,



ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved engineering documentation, and HSE requirements.
• Manage electrical contractors and subcontractors, overseeing execution quality, construction progress, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate the installation of electrical substation equipment and associated power distribution infrastructure.
• Manage construction interfaces across engineering, site operations, contractors, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control activities, and resolution of technical issues arising during construction.
• Support construction completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness.

Profile:
• Experience in electrical construction management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Track record in the installation or upgrade of industrial electrical substations and power distribution systems.
