This Position Reports To
Business Transformation Manager
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end integration of acquisitions and other non-organic growth initiatives into ABB Robotics. You will translate transaction objectives into sustainable business value,
ensuring acquired businesses are integrated effectively while protecting the capabilities, talent, customer relationships, and entrepreneurial strengths that underpin their success.
Working closely with Business Line leaders and functional stakeholders, you will establish a repeatable integration approach that balances enterprise standardization with the preservation of the unique value drivers behind each acquisition.
The location of the position is within Europe.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead post-merger integrations end-to-end: Translate transaction objectives, business cases, and synergy commitments into clear integration priorities, governance structures, and execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional integration execution: Coordinate integration activities across Business Lines and Functions, including Finance, People&Culture;, Legal, IS, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
