In this role, you will ensure the effective implementation of project quality requirements across international EPC/EPCM projects, driving quality performance, compliance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle, while supporting collaboration across project functions and contributing to the development of the project quality organization. /p h3How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liDefine, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System and Project Quality Plan in compliance with contractual and company requirements. /li liManage quality interfaces with Project Management, clients, partners, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning teams and execution centers. /li liOversee supplier and subcontractor quality activities, including inspections, surveillance programs, ITPs, FAT/SAT and third-party inspections. /li liLead audits, non-conformity management, root cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learned activities, ensuring effectiveness of implemented solutions. /li liProvide leadership and technical guidance to project quality teams, fostering collaboration,



capability development and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Education: /h3 pMaster's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Technical Diploma may be considered for candidates with significant relevant experience. /p h3Experience: /h3 pAt least 10 years of experience in Quality Management within EPC, EPCM or complex industrial projects, with proven experience as Project Quality Manager, QA/QC Manager or equivalent roles. /p h3Languages: /h3 ul liKnowledge of French is considered a plus /li /ul h3Technical/IT Skills: /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing methodologies. /li liExperience in Project Quality Plans, audit programs, KPI monitoring and quality reporting. /li liKnowledge of supplier quality management, inspection activities and non-conformity management. /li liFamiliarity with digital tools for NCR management, inspection management and data analysis dashboards. /li /ul h3Behavioural and Leadership Skills: /h3 ul liCollaboration and stakeholder management in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments. /li liFlexibility across project phases, execution models and organizational interfaces. /li /ul h3What else should you know? /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to travel internationally according to project requirements and to work closely with execution centers, suppliers, fabrication yards and project sites worldwide. /p h3What can we offer to you:
