You’ll be the first voice a future client hears from us. We build digital platforms for companies like Nexi and BTicino and brand work people actually remember; your job is finding the companies that deserve that kind of work, and starting the conversation the right way.
What you’ll doYou’ll own the top of our pipeline, end to end: identifying companies that fit what we do, enterprise digital platforms, brand systems, growth, researching them properly, and reaching out with messages that read like a person did the homework, because you did. You’ll run first conversations, qualify opportunities, and manage our commercial team, staying in the loop through to close. You’ll keep the pipeline organized and honest, no inflated stages, no ghost deals, and you’ll feed what you learn on calls back into how we position and price. Over time,



you’ll help decide which markets we go after, not just knock on the doors we point to.
What we’re looking forExperience in B2B business development or consultative sales for services: agency, consulting or SaaS. Strong spoken and written Italian; English good enough to open doors with international brands. The ability to understand a technical and creative offering deeply enough to talk about it with a CTO or a marketing director without a script. And the discipline of someone who treats a pipeline like a craft: researched, tracked, followed through.
What sets you apartAn eye for design and digital: you can look at a company’s website and see what’s broken. That’s your opener, and it’s a better one than any template.
A consultative instinct: you’d rather disqualify fast than pitch to everyone. We’re allergic to spray-and-pray; if your instinct is an automation tool and a 12-touch sequence, this isn’t your place.
