This role will focus on optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction within our expansive supply chain. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze current logistics operations, identifying key pain points, inefficiencies, and cost drivers across warehousing, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
/liliDevelop and implement strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance logistics quality, such as reducing damage rates, improving delivery accuracy, and accelerating delivery times. /liliQuantify the financial impact of logistics quality improvements, including cost savings, revenue enhancement, and improved customer retention, and report regularly on PL contributions. /liliCollaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, operations, product, and technology teams to integrate quality improvements seamlessly into existing systems and workflows. /liliUtilize data analytics and statistical methods to monitor logistics performance, identify trends, and predict potential quality issues, developing proactive mitigation strategies. /liliLead or participate in projects aimed at adopting new logistics technologies, automation, and best practices to drive efficiency and quality. /liliEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics quality, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and PL targets. /liliDevelop and deliver training programs for logistics personnel to ensure consistent application of quality standards and processes. /liliConduct root cause analysis for logistics failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. /liliBenchmark JD.com's logistics quality against industry leaders and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred. /liliMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with a strong focus on quality improvement and PL impact. /liliProven track record of successfully identifying, implementing, and managing initiatives that result in significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies within a complex logistics environment.
/liliStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). /liliDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to various stakeholders, including senior management. /liliExperience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and influence change. /liliFamiliarity with e-commerce logistics, warehousing operations, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS). /liliKnowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality improvement methodologies is highly desirable. /liliAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. /li /ulh3About us /h3pWhat started as one bold idea in China has grown into one of the world's most trusted technology and supply chain businesses.
