Working at the heart of onboard healthcare, you will act as a Costa culture ambassador, supporting and guiding the Hospital Team while ensuring the highest standards of medical care and full compliance.
What You Will Do
* Act as the primary point of contact for all medical matters on board, ensuring full compliance and adherence to Company standards
* Provide high-quality healthcare to crew and passengers through clinic services and on-call duties
* Manage medical cases, emergencies, disembarkations and referrals ashore in coordination with the Chief Doctor
* Ensure full compliance with Company medical procedures and foster collaboration within the Hospital Team
* Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
* Act as a role model by respecting and applying Company Values, actively engaging and fostering teamwork
Who You Are
* Medical degree and relevant professional certifications




* Proven experience in clinical practice
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Fluency in English
