Job Description
The resource will support the reception team in the following activities.
- Reception of guests;
- Handling e-mailand elephone reservations;
- Writing menus for both restaurants.
- Customer care.
Qualifications
-The following qualifications are required:
- Excellent knowledge of German, English and knowledge of Italian
- Passion for the Hotellerie industry
- Problem solving skills, customer orientation,
