Under the direction of the Parks and Recreation Department, we are seeking to fill tempo parziale positions of Front Desk Attendant to support the safe and efficient operation of the Community Recreation Center, Tennis Center and Aqua Park. This role provides excellent service to our residents and helps to triage their inquiries in person, and through phone calls when visiting our facilities. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and flexible Front Desk Attendant to serve as first point of contact for our residents and visitors. This position will have a variable schedule with a maximum of 28 hours per week with night and weekend hours being common, though not required for Tennis Center. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, the ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a varied environment and open to additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of Parks and Recreations programs. This position will perform listed duties below, depending on assigned location:




- Community Recreation Center (Year-Round):
- Verifies membership status of all individuals entering the Community Recreation Center.
- Processes membership applications and program registrations, shelter rentals, room rentals and payments.
- Performs or coordinates all necessary functions to ensure the community center is operating efficiently and to the maximum service of the community.
- Answer calls from patrons/residents
- Assist with program set up or tear down as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Enforces rules and regulations of the facility
- Routinely walks through the facility to monitor activity, the safety of users, and to check the status of the facility.
- Provides good customer service to facility users, greets them, addresses needs, concerns, and questions related to the use of the Community Recreation Center.
- Aqua Park (Seasonal):
- Verifies membership status of all individuals
