The RoleYou will be the first Senior Account Executive for the Italian market.
- Sales role, not Account Management: you sell, you love it.
- Own the full Italian cycle — outreach to close, inbound and outbound.
- Make the GTM playbook yours — execute it, sharpen it, own it.
- Lead 4 SDRs. Keep the pipeline moving.
- Sell to industrial SMEs and Mid-Market manufacturers, straight to Ops Directors and Plant Managers.
- Build the Italian ecosystem — events,

- Native Italian, professional English.
- +3-5 years as an Account Executive (+5 years in Sales), SaaS, B2B, value selling.
