Mainduties:
- Assistingwith day-to-dayoperationsof the HRfunctions;
- Providingclericalandadministrativesupport to the HR manager;
- Compilingandupdatingemployeesrecords;
- Coordinate HR Projects;
- Coordinatecommunicationwithcandidatesand schedule interviews;
- Support the HR manager toconductinitialorientationtonewlyhiredemployees;
- Coordinate social activities foremployees;
- Support on Corporate SocialResponsibilitiesactivies.
- Strong Computer Skills (MS Office);
- Basic knowledge oflaborlaws;
- Excellentorganizationalskills andattentiontodetails;
- Strongcommunicationsskills;
- Degree in HR orrelatedfield;
- Good knowledge of English andItalian,
