POSITION SUMMARY

The Staff House Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of company-provided employee accommodation, ensuring that staff housing facilities are safe, clean, well maintained, and aligned with company standards. The role supports a positive living environment for employees by coordinating accommodation activities, assisting residents with housing-related matters, and working closely with Human Resources, Engineering, Housekeeping, and external service providers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience

- High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years of experience in accommodation, hospitality operations, housekeeping, employee services, or a related field.

OR

- Diploma or associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Accommodation Operations
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of staff housing facilities.
- Coordinate employee check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room changes.
- Maintain accurate accommodation records and occupancy reports.
- Ensure room allocations are carried out according to company policies and operational needs.
- Conduct room inspections before employee arrivals and departures.

Property Maintenance & Safety
- Perform regular inspections of staff houses, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with Engineering and approved contractors.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, fire, and housing regulations.
- Follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support emergency procedures and incident reporting when required.

Resident Support & Employee Relations
- Act as a key point of contact for employees residing in staff accommodation.




- Respond promptly to accommodation-related requests, concerns, and complaints.
- Promote a respectful and positive living environment.
- Communicate and enforce staff house policies and standards.
- Escalate significant resident issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Housekeeping & Hygiene Standards
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout all staff housing facilities.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and inspections of common areas.
- Ensure housekeeping and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Verify that waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed correctly.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain housing inventories, room condition records, and key control logs.
- Prepare occupancy reports and assist with accommodation-related documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to employee housing.
- Track maintenance requests and follow-up actions.
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks required by management.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Support communications with external suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor completion of maintenance and service requests.
- Assist in obtaining quotations and coordinating approved services.
- Verify that contracted services are delivered according to agreed standards.

Team Support & Leadership
- Support the Staff House Team in the implementation of accommodation policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and direction to housekeeping or accommodation attendants when applicable.
- Assist with training new team members on staff housing standards and procedures.
- Promote a culture of respect, safety, and accountability within employee accommodation facilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Gross Annual Salary: min 30,400 - 32,000 € (the gross annual salary is calculated on a pro-rata basis when employment covers only part of the year).
- The 13th and 14th month payments are included in the gross annual salary and are accrued on a pro-rata basis,



depending on the actual period worked during the year.
- TFR (severance) is an additional amount on top of the salary, which is set aside during employment and paid to the employee at the end of the contract

- Ticket restaurants – meal vouchers (each with a net value of €8 per working day)
