About the Role

The position is based in Poznań, Poland, and supports FlexLink globally. You will work closely with engineering teams, key users and stakeholders across multiple countries, including Sweden, Poland and Italy. The role focuses on supporting and developing our PLM landscape,



with Windchill as the primary platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support PLM solutions used across FlexLink.
- Support users and coordinate resolution of support tickets.
- Gather business requirements and support process improvements.
- Participate in PLM implementations, rollouts and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate activities with application support providers and external partners.
- Support integrations between PLM, CAD, ERP and other business systems.
- Maintain PLM-related documentation, processes and best practices.
- Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders in an international environment

What You Need to Be Successful

- Experience working with PLM solutions and engineering processes.
- Experience with Windchill is preferred.
- Good understanding of CAD applications and engineering design processes.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor is an advantage.
- Understanding of PLM integrations and connected business systems is beneficial.
- Experience participating in projects and business application improvements.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
