As for the skills and experience we are looking for:University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 4 years of experience on international industrial/construction projectsAwareness of Italian construction codes and regulationsExperience in superstructure constructionExcellent organization and teamwork skillsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentSelf-oriented, disciplined, and well-organizedExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office softwareFluent in English and Italian verbal and writtenGood communication skills and well-motivatedNo obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long-termJob Description:Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager's guidanceConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirementsCollaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completionAnalyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activitiesCoordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials,
