**As Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals who care for mothers, newborns, and critically ill patients every day.

You will:
* Drive sales and market share of Medela's Professional Care portfolio within your assigned territory.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
* Build trusted relationships with neonatologists, maternity teams, surgeons,



healthcare professionals, procurement specialists, and key decision-makers.
* Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
* Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and customer training.
* Represent Medela at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
