We are looking for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft and respects the quality of every ingredient. At AMA Stay, you will take responsibility for your section, from preparation and cooking to presentation and service, creating modern Mediterranean dishes with genuine, high-quality products.
Tasks Preparing and organising workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment
Preparing and presenting dishes according to AMA Stay standards
Ensuring excellent presentation and attention to detail before dishes are served
Maintaining a clean, organised, and sanitised kitchen environment
Ensuring all food and products are correctly stored and handled
Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients
Supporting the kitchen team in delivering consistent culinary excellence
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen role or a diploma from a culinary school
Languages: Italian and English
Knowledge of different cooking techniques and preparation methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
Ability to follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures
Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
Problem-solving mentality
Empathy, integrity, and team spirit
