Context and Purpose of the job
You will join the Visual Merchandising team of the EA7 brand and will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and maintenance of the brand image across corners and franchised stores in Italy and abroad, in line with company guidelines.
Set up windows, walls and collections across distribution channels, including stores, shop-in-shops, department stores, multi-brand stores and franchisees, ensuring consistent implementation of the company's visual identity across all locations
Set up spaces and visual displays for sports events
Manage the interface with Visual Designers, providing ongoing feedback on window and display prototypes
Support the preparation of guidelines, training materials, using graphics programs
Participate in photo shoots and shooting sessions for the preparation of Visual Books
Train store sales teams and business partners, monitoring the implementation of the proposed visual displays
Monitor doors through visits and produce related reports
Degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a similar role, gained within fashion and/or accessories brands
Availability to travel, to drive
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite and graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Fluency in both Italian and English, the knowledge of another language will be considered a plus
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, precision and attention to details and problem solving
The base salary range for this position is *************** euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
