Responsibilities
Develop strategic account plans to drive product adoption, market share, and revenue growth
Build and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision-makers
Support surgical solution launches and implementations to ensure customer value realization
Maintain active presence in operating rooms and healthcare facilities providing product expertise




Lead tender activities and negotiate pricing with sales management and healthcare institutions
Requirements
Scientific degree meeting Italian legal requirements for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco
Proven sales experience with medical products or drugs in hospital environments
Knowledge of hospital negotiation and tender processes
Extensive travel availability across assigned territory
Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities
English language proficiency and valid driver's license
Compensation:
€41,600 annually minimum
