As a Milling Machinist (Fresatore), you will set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances.
You will bring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of every part.

What You Will Do
Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision parts
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T; to plan machining sequences
Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust speeds and feeds to meet specifications
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Perform first-article and in-process inspections to ensure quality
Maintain equipment and perform routine machine upkeep
Recommend process and tooling improvements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Technical diploma or vocational training in machining/mechanics, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience operating milling machines (CNC and/or manual)
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T;
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with CNC programming and setup (e.g., Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens controls)
Familiarity with CAM software
Experience machining tight-tolerance components in a high-mix or regulated environment
Knowledge of tooling optimization and machining best practices
