About the role
ERM is looking for an intern willing to join our Italian Branch in Milan and to support our ReachCentrum team.
This role is to provide support to and work together with a Project Manager at ReachCentrum and assist the Project Manager during the day-to-day activities, in particular:
Support for communication between different service lines and teams, such as legal, finance, digital platforms
Assisting with communication with the Clients and preparation for the meetings
Assisting with reviewing and tracking requests made by the Clients for data sharing
Assisting with preparation of documents, contracts and meeting minutes, assisting with the signature of legal documents
Support for compliance checks and invoices
Candidate Requirements
Candidate must show:
Fluent spoken and excellent written English
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organization of work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously

Salary
The recommended recruiting range for this role is 700euros /month + buoni pasto of 8.50euros / day.
