ItalyCharme is growing, and we're looking for a proactive, organized and commercially minded Sales Development & Business Coordinator to grow with us. This is more than a sales coordination role — we're looking for someone who loves building relationships, creating new business opportunities and turning great connections into long-term partnerships.
You'll work closely with our management team to expand ItalyCharme's international network, develop new collaborations and strengthen our presence in the luxury travel market across Europe and beyond.
You'll play an active role in our commercial growth, with the freedom and responsibility to identify opportunities and help turn them into results. Identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Connecting with luxury travel agencies, travel advisors, tour operators, concierge companies, hospitality brands and other potential partners
Coordinating sales activities, follow-ups and partner onboarding
Managing our CRM, prospect database and sales pipeline
Supporting negotiations and commercial conversations
Monitoring results and sharing relevant market insightsWorking directly with management on growth strategies and international expansion
Representing ItalyCharme and helping strengthen our positioning within the global luxury travel community
We'd love to meet someone who is proactive, curious, organized and naturally good with people — someone who doesn't simply wait for the next task, but enjoys spotting opportunities, starting conversations and moving things forward.
3–4+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, hotels, villa rentals, concierge services, DMCs or a closely related industry
Previous experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management or commercial coordination
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
A big plus
