Etjca Group S.p.A., Filiale di Rho, for an important company operating in the rubber and plastic sector, is looking to expand its workforce with: **PRODUCTION OPERATORS** The selected resources will join a dynamic and structured team, engaging in operational production activities in various departments, managing raw materials, and setting up automatic and semi-automatic machinery. They will also be responsible for quality control of products, both visual and using measuring instruments. The resource will play a fundamental role in ensuring efficiency, precision, and punctuality in carrying out the tasks, collaborating with different production teams. **Contract Details** * Initial temporary contract, with possibility of extensions; * Level H CCNL Gomma Plastica (14 monthly payments); * Gross monthly salary of € 1769; * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, on continuous shifts (6/14 - 14/22 - 22/6); * Workplace: Gaggiano (MI) **Main Activities** * Loading/unloading lines; * Setting up machinery; * Managing technical mechanical problems on various machinery; * Visual and dimensional quality control of products and anomaly management; * End-of-line activities; **Required Requisits** * Previous experience of at least 1-3 years in production environments in the food, rubber/plastic,
chemical-pharmaceutical, or metalworking sectors; * Good proficiency in using computer tools; * Good proficiency in using main bench and measuring instruments; * Ability to manage operational activities within assigned timelines; * Immediate availability; * Reliability and professional seriousness. **Soft Skills** * Precision and attention to detail; * Good organizational skills and priority management; * Teamwork and collaboration attitude; * Proactivity and initiative; * Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work rhythms; * Sense of responsibility and goal orientation; * Punctuality and reliability in carrying out assigned activities.
